Palace x Adidas Y-3

The UK streetwear brand teams up with Adidas and Yohji Yamamoto to reinterpret archival pieces.

2022 is the year Adidas and Yohji Yamamoto celebrate 20 years of their iconic Y-3 partnership with the “20 Years: Recoded” series. To finish the celebrations, Y-3 has collaborated with leading streetwear brand, Palace for a collection. The special range sees Palace reinterpret archival pieces from Y-3’s history. The collection includes a range of clothing, accessories and footwear and of course the iconic tracksuit with at least 2 track tops and 2 track bottoms.

The colloboration recognises sporting heritage by teaming up football legend, Zinedine Zidane with skate legend Lucas Puig. Through direction from visual artist Jack Davison and stylist, Robbie Spencer, we are treated to a short film offering a short conversation between the two that perfectly captures the motion of football and skateboarding together. Both exchange thoughts about their disciplines and try to practice the other one.

The Palace x Y-3 Fall/Winter 2022 collection is set to release in-store at Palace, online, and on the Adidas Confirmed app on 11th November at 11am EDT.
